Christmas has come and gone so quickly.  I feel like I only just decorated the house.   I hope you all had a lovely christmas.   We enjoyed a lovely dinner at my mum’s christmas eve and I had a family dinner here christmas day.   The kids had a great time as did I.

I can’t belive how busy the stores are at the moment.  Hope you all are nearly ready for christmas.  I have only a couple presents left to buy.   I dread having to go out shopping for them, lol.  Must be done though.

Yes it’s not long before we have to start thinking about pulling out our xmas decorations and tree.   I will be doing mine the first week in december.  I’ve noticed today though a few people already putting their outdoor decorations out.  How eager, lol.

I went to the shops today, and the christmas goodies area out already in some stores.  I couldn’t help myself and have already started buying things like tinsel and wrapping paper.  I just love this time of year, i’m like a child when it comes to christmas

It’s the first day of spring here and what a beautiful morning it is. I know for the other side of world it’s autumn, wish all seasons could be the same for us all.

I had a lovely day today, my hubby and I went to a antique craft centre.   Such beautiful old items in there, wish I could have afforded alot of the things there.  Nevermind, I still had an enjoyable day looking at everything.   Had a lovely lunch out too.

To all my american friends, I wish you all a Happy July 4th.

It’s so cold here today, we still need rain desperately though. They are saying it will be a dry winter here, which is not good at all, especially for farmers.
Kids here break up for school holidays on friday and will be home for 2 weeks. Will be good too recouperate as we are all still getting over colds and flus.

I am so not well at the moment with high temperature flu like symptoms. Hope it’s not this swine flu, but you never know. My whole family are unwell at the moment with colds and coughs, lol. I always seem too cop it the worst, probably cause I am the one at home looking after sick kids. Oh well part of motherhood.

It’s so cold here, it’s like living in the UK again.
